R45 Release (June 2026) Walkthrough Part 1
The Exxat Prism June 2026 Release (R45) Webinar, presented by Kanthi Supriya Kalidindi, Associate Director of Customer Experience, and David Stocker, Project Manager, showcased key enhancements focused on AI-powered assistance, student experience, compliance management, integrations, and competency management.
The session introduced a conversational Ask Leo experience, improvements to the student dashboard, a new Cisive integration for background checks and drug screenings, faculty compliance for all programs, and enhanced competency management with question-level mapping and cohort-level progress dashboards. Together, these updates reflect Exxat Prism's continued focus on delivering smarter workflows, streamlined compliance processes, and a more intuitive experience for students, faculty, and administrators.
Key Takeaways:
- Ask Leo is now conversational. The upgraded Ask Leo functions like a chat-based AI assistant — users can ask follow-up questions, save and search past chats, and resize or move the window while working elsewhere in the system.
- Your Student's Experience got better. The student dashboard now surfaces location-specific requirements in the needs attention section, highlights items due within 15 days in red, and allows direct timesheet check-in and check-out from the main dashboard.
- Get your drug screens and background checks from Cisive with a new integration. Programs can now choose between Universal and Cisive for background checks and drug screenings, starting and ending your compliance requests within Exxat Prism for easier access.
- Faculty compliance is now available to all programs. Faculty compliance tracking is now accessible across all programs, with new enhancements including group-based auto notifications and a cleaner document details report.
- Competency management now tracks didactic courses at the question level. Programs can map individual assessment questions from didactic courses to competency frameworks, and a new cohort-level dashboard gives faculty a visual snapshot of how an entire cohort is progressing across all courses and assessments
