R45 Release (June 2026) Walkthrough Part 1

The Exxat Prism June 2026 Release (R45) Webinar, presented by Kanthi Supriya Kalidindi, Associate Director of Customer Experience, and David Stocker, Project Manager, showcased key enhancements focused on AI-powered assistance, student experience, compliance management, integrations, and competency management.

The session introduced a conversational Ask Leo experience, improvements to the student dashboard, a new Cisive integration for background checks and drug screenings, faculty compliance for all programs, and enhanced competency management with question-level mapping and cohort-level progress dashboards. Together, these updates reflect Exxat Prism's continued focus on delivering smarter workflows, streamlined compliance processes, and a more intuitive experience for students, faculty, and administrators.

• Ask Leo is now conversational. The upgraded Ask Leo functions like a chat-based AI assistant — users can ask follow-up questions, save and search past chats, and resize or move the window while working elsewhere in the system.
