David Stocker (Project Manager at Exxat) presented this webinar, covering the redesigned faculty dashboard in Exxat Prism and how administrators can leverage faculty roles to better support students and program success.

1. How you associate a faculty member determines exactly what they can see. Course faculty get full visibility into all students and course information, placement faculty only see the specific students assigned to their placements (though they can now also view general course details), and advisors get the broadest access — visibility into a student's performance across all their courses. 
2. The new dashboard consolidates daily tasks into one actionable view. Rather than navigating into individual courses or students, faculty can now review and act on patient logs, timesheets, forms and evaluations, interventions/communications, and compliance items directly from "Items Needing Attention" cards on the main dashboard.
3. "To Fill" and "To Review" serve different purposes in Forms and Evaluations. "To Fill" shows forms that must be initiated by faculty or admin, while "To Review" shows forms already in progress (started by a student or preceptor) where the faculty member has been granted edit access — helping clarify who needs to take the next action.
4. Faculty can be leveraged well beyond placements to support accreditation work. Turning on faculty access to curriculum mapping lets faculty map their own course objectives to accreditation standards (using manual mapping or Map with Leo), and the faculty profile section can centralize teaching, scholarship, and service documentation — both of which can serve as evidence during accreditation reviews.
5. Known dashboard limitations are actively being fixed. The product team is already working on three improvements expected before the end of September: better filtering to reduce outdated or irrelevant forms/evaluations surfacing on the dashboard, clearer distinction between course-level vs. placement-level student associations, and a fix so that administrators using "View As" see only what the faculty member would actually see (rather than the administrator's full visibility).
