It covered Exxat's AI data-protection approach and two AI features in Learning Activities, Log with Leo and Evaluation Insights, plus the learning activities roadmap.

Admins control every AI feature. Features are off by default and managed in the AI Feature Hub under Program Details (super admin access). Students can't override an admin's "off" setting, but for patient data they can still opt out of an enabled feature.

Admins can build their own patient log templates. Upload a PDF and Leo generates the template, or customize lookups for diagnoses and procedures with minimum and preferred thresholds. Required counts then show up in reports. This isn't available for CRNA or SLP programs.

Log with Leo saves students from documenting twice. Students paste, dictate, or photograph their notes, and Leo fills matching log fields and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes. Students review and edit before submitting.
